Mack McCormack - Founder / Safety Training
Mack brings veteran leadership, more than 30 years of safety-training experience and the operational backbone of Saferight Training Academy. He anchors the business in compliance, facilities, risk management and a safety-first culture productions can trust.

Shea Walsh - Founder / Screen Industry Strategy
Shea connects the academy to the screen sector: producers, directors, first ADs, cast, crew and incoming productions. His role is to shape the strategy, partnerships, marketing and production-facing language so the capability is genuinely useful to the industry.

Daniel Potts - Lead Armoury Specialist
Daniel supports the film-armoury capability transfer, helping train WA personnel, shape SOPs and build protocols around safe handling, storage, transport, blank-firing systems and production-ready compliance under WA requirements.

Adam Wheatley - Tactical Production Design
Adam connects production design with tactical realism, action geography and safety-led screen planning. He helps sets, props, camera movement and practical action design feel convincing while remaining shootable and safe.

Tim Carr - Stunt, Squib & Practical SFX
Tim strengthens the stunt, squib and practical SFX pathway, helping align performer safety, practical hits, action planning and on-set communication with the broader armoury and tactical-training model.
